ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਫਾਗ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਨ ਖੇਲੇ ॥

ਸੋਭਤ ਢਾਲ ਮਾਲ ਡਫ ਮਾਲੈ ਮੂਠ ਗੁਲਾਲਨ ਸੇਲੇ ॥
The shields took the place of tabors and the blood became gulal (red colour)

ਜਾਨੁ ਤੁਫੰਗ ਭਰਤ ਪਿਚਕਾਰੀ ਸੂਰਨ ਅੰਗ ਲਗਾਵਤ ॥
The arrows were inflicted on the limbs of the warriors like the syringes

ਨਿਕਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੋਣ ਅਧਿਕ ਛਬਿ ਉਪਜਤ ਕੇਸਰ ਜਾਨੁ ਸੁਹਾਵਤ ॥
With the flowing out of blood, the beauty of the fighters increased as if they had splashed saffron on their limbs

ਗੁਲੇ ਹੋਲੀ ਬ ਬਾਗੇ ਦਰ ਬੂ ਕਰਦ। ਲਬੇ ਚੂੰ ਗ਼ੁੰਚਾ ਰਾ ਫ਼ਰਖ਼ੰਦਹ ਖ਼ੂ ਕਰਦ।

ਗੁਲਾਬੋ ਅੰਬਰੋ ਮੁਸ਼ਕੋ ਅਬੀਰੋ। ਚੂ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਬਾਰਸ਼ੇ ਅਜ ਸੂ ਬਸੂ ਕਰਦ।

ਜਹੇ ਪਿਚਕਾਰੀਏ ਪੁਰ ਜੁਫਰਾਨੀ। ਕਿ ਹਰ ਬੇਰੰਗ ਰਾ ਖੁਸ਼ਰੰਗੋ ਬੂ ਕਰਦ।

ਗੁਲਾਲ ਅਫਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਅਜ਼ ਦਸਤੇ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ। ਜ਼ਮੀਨੋ ਆਸਮਾਂ ਰਾ ਸੁਰਖਰੂ ਕਰਦ।

ਦੋ ਆਲਮ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਰੰਗੀ ਅਜ਼ ਤੁਫਲੈਸ਼। ਚੁ ਸ਼ਾਹਮ ਜਾਮਹ ਰੰਗੀ ਦਹ ਗੁਲੂ ਕਰਦ।

For the very first time in Italy a Sikh festival “Holla Mahalla” with martial arts demo, horse riding and archery. An ancient Sikh tradition from the city of Anandpur sahib (Punjab) and Hazur sahib (Nanded).
